Ordering Caps & Gowns

The Stanford Bookstore will offer rental gowns and hoods (caps will be purchased by the graduates) and other Commencement items, which students or families can order online. Beginning February 9, you may place your orders online at www.stanfordbookstore.com.

Please note: The deadline for placing orders online is Friday, May 1.
If you missed the online ordering period, caps and gowns will also be available at the bookstore beginning June 5. Please see below for distribution hours.

May 10 Law School Graduation

Law School Caps and Gowns
Bookstore representatives will be on-site at the Law School to take orders in March. Distribution information will also be available at that time. The deadline for placing Law School cap and gown orders is Monday, March 9.

June 14 Commencement Ceremony

Distribution of Orders
Your academic regalia will be available for pickup at the Bookstore beginning Friday, June 5:
10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Saturday
11:00 am - 5:00 pm Sunday

Announcements

Announcements may be ordered beginning February 9 through June 30. Orders may be placed online at the Stanford Bookstore. You may also place online orders at the Stanford Design Group (SDG).

Law School Graduates: Please note that the final day to order announcements online to ensure timely delivery for mailing is Thursday, April 2.
