On-Campus Housing
Limited campus housing for families and other guests of graduating
students is available from Friday, June 13 (check-in 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., through
Monday morning, June 16 (check-out is 10:00 a.m.).

General Information
Guests will be staying in student rooms located in Branner
and Wilbur Halls. Please note that your reservation guarantees you housing for Commencement weekend but does not guarantee a specific residence. You may reserve more than one room.
Full payment upon reservation is preferred. Please
make sure that you and your guests will be comfortable
with this dorm-style housing; the bathrooms and showers
are down the hall (and in some cases on another floor),
and the dorms are NOT air-conditioned. Each occupant
receives two cups, a towel, a washcloth, and a travelsize
soap. The beds will be made, but there is no daily cleaning service, no room service, and no in-room coffee
maker. Meals are not available from the dining halls during Commencement Weekend. Parking is not available.
On-Campus Reservation Dates
Graduating students must make reservations in person for
their guests.
Reservations may be made on May 1 and May 2, from
11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in front of the Wilbur Housing Front Desk. Space is very limited and will be allocated on a first-come,
first-served basis. For questions, please call Julia Liu, Front Desk coordinator, at the
Wilbur Housing Front Desk between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, at (650) 736-9982, or email

No reservations will be accepted after May 2. You
may cancel up until Friday, May 23 and receive a full
refund of your initial payment. Processing a refund takes
up to two weeks.
Rates
Single: $66.00 per night (one twin bed)
Double: $88.00 per night (two twin beds)
Triple: $127.00 per night (two twins bunked and one additional twin bed)
Check-In
Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13,
in front of the Wilbur Housing Front Desk. Please remind your guests
to keep this in mind when making plane reservations. Late arrivals on Friday and guests arriving on Saturday must
arrange for their graduating student to pay any balances
due and pick up their keys during these hours.
Check-Out
Guests must vacate their rooms and turn in their room
keys by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 16. Graduating
seniors must vacate their rooms by 2:00 p.m. on Monday,
June 16.
Payment
Payment must be made with a credit card or a check. Credit card payment is preferred, and full payment upon reservation is preferred. A deposit for the first night for each room
reserved is required if full payment cannot be made up front. Any balance due must be paid upon
check-in on Friday, June 13.
