Diploma Process Reminders
- If you are expecting to graduate at the end of spring quarter, you will need to file an application to graduate via Axess by April 12, 2009. If you encounter any difficulties in filing your application via Axess, please contact the Student Services Center located at Tresidder Union, 2nd Floor. Please note: Applications received after April 12 will be assessed a $50 service charge.
- Eligible co-terms may also apply to process in the Commencement ceremony. Interested students should complete an application to "walkthrough" by April 12. Click here to download the form.

- Degrees are conferred each quarter but diplomas are awarded once a year at departmental Commencement ceremonies held following the University ceremony in the stadium. For further information on diplomas and diploma distribution options, please visit the University Registrar's page.
- On Friday, June 12, from 2:00-4:00 pm schools/departments may pickup diplomas for ceremony distribution at the Office of the University Registrar (630 Serra St., Ste. 120); a schedule with pickup times and locations will be published at a later date.
- On Sunday, June 14, from 12:00-4:00 pm students can pickup diplomas at the Student Services Center if they have selected the “Pick-Up” diploma distribution option (Tresidder Union, 2nd Floor).
