Available tours during the weekend:

Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve-by appointment only

Tours are available on the weekdays surrounding Commencement Weekend. (No tours on Saturday or Sunday.) For information and reservations please call (650) 851-6813 or email cet02@stanford.edu.
No bus connection; the Preserve is located just a few miles west of campus. Casual attire. Please wear hiking or tennis shoes. Please make reservations by June 1.

Daily at 11:00 am and 3:15 pm. Tours depart from the front steps of Memorial Hall.

Friday, June 12, at 2:00 pm. Meet at the entrance to the church, located in the Main Quadrangle.

Bus Tour of the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory

The Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC) will conduct two tours of the two-mile facility on Saturday afternoon only. Please note there is no parking available at SLAC.

Please note: Photo ID required for adults. No unaccompanied minors.

Saturday, June 13
1:15 tour: Buses depart from the front of Encina Hall, and return to Encina Hall.
2:30 tour: Same as earlier 1:15 pm tour; return buses stop at the Hoover House before returning to Encina Hall.

About "Pop to Present"

This exhibition features collection highlights, a selection of the most noteworthy works acquired over the 10 years since the museum reopened in early 1999. The show presents 60 works -- paintings, sculptures, prints, drawings, and photographs -- by nearly 30 artists, including Robert Arneson, Richard Avedon, Elmer Bischoff, Joan Brown, Andy Goldsworthy, Jim Dine, Viola Frey, Al Held, Roy Lichtenstein, Peter Milton, Robert Motherwell, Manuel Neri, David Park, Sean Scully, plus lesser known, younger artists.
