Maples Pavilion Live Indoor Viewing

For guests preferring an indoor, air-conditioned venue to view the main Commencement ceremony, a live video simulcast from the stadium will be broadcast inside Maples Pavilion. 

Public Safety Clear Bag Policy

The Public Safety Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for Commencement ceremony simulcast viewing at Maples Pavilion as well as Stanford Stadium. For more information, including a list of permitted and prohibited items, please review the Public Safety Clear Bag Policy page. Bag check at Maples Pavilion is available for guests with bags that do not meet the Clear Bag policy.

Parking and Drop-Off

General Parking

Limited general parking for Maples Pavilion is located across the street in the Knight Management Center parking garage. General Commencement parking is available in the areas near the stadium, about a 2-3 block walk from Maples Pavilion.

Passengers can be dropped off in front of Maples via Campus Drive.

Disability Parking

The Maples Lot (Lot 93), located near the corner of Campus Drive and Bonair Siding will have a limited number of spaces reserved for disability parking. Additional disabled parking is located across the street in the Knight Management Center parking garage on the first level.

Individuals with mobility limitations can be dropped off directly in front of Maples via Campus Drive.  

Accessible Entrance & Seating

All entrances to Maples are accessible. Once inside, seating is located at the upper level and lower level via stairs. Please note the elevator is located at the southwest corner of the building and provides a step-free route to all seating areas. Accessible restrooms are located at the concourse level upon entry to the building. A family restroom is located near the northwest entrance.
