Senior Dinner on the Quad

Thursday, June 11 - 7:00 - 11:00 p.m.

Graduating seniors, experience a once-in-a-lifetime evening on Stanford’s historic Main Quad. Enjoy food stations, dancing, interactive experiences, and photo opps galore! Open to senior class only, RSVP required

Baccalaureate

Saturday, June 13 - 10:00 - 11:15 a.m.

Baccalaureate at Stanford is a multifaith celebratory gathering for graduating seniors, graduate students, and professional students, as well as their families and friends. This event is hosted in Frost Amphitheater. Limited capacity.

President's Reception

Saturday, June 13 - 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

President Jonathan Levin will host a reception for graduates and their guests in the gardens of the Hoover House.

Commencement

Sunday, June 14 - 9:00 a.m.

The main Commencement ceremony is held in Stanford Stadium where all graduating seniors and advanced degree graduates gather from all schools with their families, friends, faculty, supporters, and loved ones. This ceremony includes the procession (Wacky Walk), President's address, keynote speaker addresses, and degree conferrals. 

School & Department Ceremonies

Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14 - Various times in the afternoon

Graduates will be honored at individual school or department celebrations at various times and locations during Commencement Weekend. Most celebrations will begin in the afternoon on Sunday following the main Commencement ceremony, however the professional schools of Business, Medicine and Law hold their ceremonies on Saturday afternoon.

Celebrations during the weekend are expressed in a variety of ways across campus. Various schools, departments, institutes, campus organizations and groups may host special events for graduating students and their guests. All graduates and families are welcome to attend any commencement event (unless otherwise indicated). Some events may require registration due to limited capacity.
