- All guests must have a ticket. Tickets are required for everyone age 2 and older.
- You may add or update guests any time until Thursday, June 11 at 11:59 p.m.
- Please provide each guest's full first and last name (no placeholders, initials, or duplicates) and email address.
- For guests without an email, enter your own or another guest’s email. Each guest must be present when their ticket is scanned along with the person you designated to receive their ticket. If you're eligible, you should have received an email from commencement@stanford.edu with a link to register for tickets in mid-April, or after you became eligible. Check your alumni email or any other preferred email accounts you provided to Stanford, as well as any spam/junk folders. Many students find the email was sent to a different account. If you still can't find it and have confirmed your eligibility in Axess or received a confirmed exception, please submit a support request and we will look it up for you.
You need the full first and last name (no placeholders, initials, or duplicates) and email address for each guest you plan to invite.
Tickets are sent automatically in the confirmation email after the registration form is submitted by the student. Each guest will receive their personalized ticket at the email address provided in the form.
If they do not receive them, check the spam/junk folder. If not there, confirm with your student that they used the correct email address in their request. Updates and changes can be made up to the deadline.
You can use the same email address for more than one guest. The tickets for those guests will be sent to the email address you provided. Guests who do not have an individual email account or who share an email account with another guest must enter with the person who received the tickets.
